I used Outlook as my primary email client for many years before becoming a Gmail devotee in 2007. It's still my default calendar program, even though I now use Google Calendar to manage my schedule.
With the explosion of mobile broadband and browsing, your standard desktop-based Outlook is simply out of step with my daily needs. If I worked in a Outlook culture that was fully web-enabled, I'd do fine. But for now, I prefer my Googleness.
