I use Quickbooks for Small Business and Quickbooks for Nonprofits to manage the resources of several businesses and nonprofits. I find QB rather bloated and over-featured for most organizations, but its ability to spit out data in ways that your accountant can understand and turn into tax returns is worth the effort.
Someday we'll all do Quickbooks using their online version, but for now I'm a desktopper. While it tries to do too many things, QB achieves its core function well.
