We use Freshbooks at Simplweb and Joomlashack, and I use it to bill my Many Spears clients. It's an incredibly sophisiticated web app and proves the software-as-a-service is the way of the future. We don't use half of the features and it's still a must-have for our small businesses. Check it out!
